Next week I’ll start changing it up and going for longer / incorporating more steps & hills.

I always stop mid-run to jump on the spot, do squats and push ups – you don’t need an expensive gym membership to get fit.
If you don’t like the idea of working out outside / a gym you should check out Davina McCalls DVD’s and put in the work in the comfort of your own home.
My Mum used to have an old Davina workout at home years ago (and Jane Fonda for those that remember her;) … there is always a way to work out – find what works for you.
Take the “work” out of working out and start having fun with your body!
I can’t stress enough how important it is for you to keep fit and healthy.
I was thinking this morning how people (when I say “people” I can’t remember specific examples, I’m talking it was a “thing”) used to take the piss out of others who did Yoga, Meditated and saw their “body as a temple”.
It was all jokes about “hippies” etc.
The healthy people definitely have the last laugh – if you have your health you have one part of everything you ever need.
The other part is love (and the cherry on top is of course; a puppy).
Get up and get moving today/ this weekend.
You will feel so much happier for it.
